Hello, Eduardo and I worked hard to fix the know issues with the serial port redirection and we have finished cleaning up the patches and pushed them into master today.
It seems serial port redirection haven't got much testing since some issues were quite critical and unknown until a client of us reported them to us thus we decided to push those changes into master directly to get as much testing as possible.
