Vic, thanks for your response.  It's not disabled on the server/remote end
as it works pefectly from windows' client.

I am running the following command line:

xfreerdp -u bandroidx -g 1280x960 --no-tls --no-nla --plugin cliprdr
192.168.0.59  (i am running over vpn so i disabled as much of the encryption
as i could)

my output is:

keyboard_layout: 0x409
connecting to 192.168.0.59:3389
Standard RDP encryption negotiated
xf_video_init: version 2 release 2
xf_video_init: adapter port 313-344 (NV17 Video Texture)
xf_video_init: selected 313
xf_video_init: pixel format YUY2 YV12 UYVY I420


I have seen some errors but nothing related to cliprdr as far as i know.  is
there a way to debug the plugins?  Perhaps increasing debug or verbosity?\
