A few things I've noticed that might want to be changed/fixed before switching
First how do one compile FreeRDP-1.0 ?
is "cmake CMakeList.txt; make"
the correct way? some documentation about this would be nice, maybe in
the README file?
next 1.0 does not work for me...
first old git working:

Authentication failure, check credentials.
If credentials are valid, the NTLMSSP implementation may be to blame.
there is no option help for 1.0 freerdp? same command as above with
only server and no other options give the same error.
So before you switch, even moving freerdp to freerdp-old, i think this
kind of stuff should be fixed. So the list does not get swamped with
questions why this and that does not work. that's just my opinion tho.
When changing, don't forget the homepage so people that do not read
the list can know what goes on.
