Many application depends on docbook to be available and if it is a problem people can hack cmake and avoid the manpage building. I don't think it is a big issue (personally I will do it when building it on OpenEmbedded since there's no reason to provide the manpage on the embedded OS). -- Otavio Salvador O.S.
