If you use --no-fastpath for now, you'll get the messages. The hooks have
been implemented for slow path messages only, it's still empty for fastpath.
You can take a look at fastpath_recv_update for the messages like
 FASTPATH_UPDATETYPE_PTR_POSITION. It should be quite similar to the slow
path ones.
