Hi, Next week is UDS, and as I have previously announced, I will be attending along with Stephane Verdy from Canonical. There will we have discussion about the integration of FreeRDP + Remmina in Ubuntu 12.04, which is to replace rdesktop + tsclient in the default distribution. Since Remmina supports a wide range of protocols, it might as well replace Vinagre from the default distribution as well.
Here is the page describing the topic to be discussed: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/FreeRDP/Integration Vic, since most of the integration work is actually getting Remmina updated for FreeRDP 1.0, and that I am not a Remmina developer myself, I would need a bit of guidance on the work that is needed. If you could provide me with a list of tasks that would need to be done, I will try to find people at UDS who could work on Remmina and help prepare the FreeRDP + Remmina combo for inclusion in the default Ubuntu 12.04 distribution.
