Hi Anna,

thankyou for the detailed instructions.

Here is how I'm running the command:

dfbfreerdp -a 16 -g 1920x1080 -plugin rdpdr -data printer:Deskjet3054:"HP
Deskjet 3050 J610 series" -- 192.168.1.240

Although dfbfreerdp connects to the server, printing does not work. Could
this be because I do not have CUPS installed on my client?

My client is a text only embedded Linux box using directfb to display the
GUI. Is CUPS required? Can it be replaced with something else?

thanks
LK
