It depends how you define "old one". As far as I can tell from the diff, these seem to be at least up-to-date with git until January 17th 2012 and commit d0bfcf1 (i.e. two days ago).
I don't know how it works exactly in launchpad (manual vs automatic ?) but maybe the sync with git happens only once every few day or so ?
