First strange thing: "-a 16" results in 16 bit color depth session, "-a 24" creates 16 bit session, too (why?) -"-a 32" creates a 32 bit session (all against 2008 R2 SP1 server, xfreerdp git clone).
Second strange thing: Session created with-a 16 or -a 24 can be remote controlled from Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8 and from another FreeRDP session. A session created with -a 32 can be remote controlled from Windows XP and FreeRDP, Windows 7 and Windows 8 both crash in mstscax.dll (0xC00000005 - access violation). Could anyone cross check this if this is only me or if this is a general problem and what are my possibilities (besides going to 16 bit color depth with is not an option)? I could open a support request with MS but I do not believe there would be helpful results besides "not supported"....
