Dear freerdp developers, I am getting warnings that the remote host identification has changed.
> The host key for ... has changed > @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@ > @ WARNING: REMOTE HOST IDENTIFICATION HAS CHANGED! @ > @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@ > IT IS POSSIBLE THAT SOMEONE IS DOING SOMETHING NASTY! > Someone could be eavesdropping on you right now (man-in-the-middle attack)! > It is also possible that a host key has just been changed. I use FreeRDP version 1.0.2 on SuSe linux. The machines I am connecting to have not been reinstalled but I assume updates were installed. The machines run Windows Server 2008. It is not the first time I am getting this warning. So I wonder what your experience is with that: How often or under which circumstances does Windows change the certificate? How do you deal with that? Best regards, Tobias ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Learn the latest--Visual Studio 2012, SharePoint 2013, SQL 2012, more!
