Hi Peter,

I know all too well how painful it is to implement NLA and all the RDP
security feature. You will certainly run into issues when implementing TS
Gateway, it's NLA x10 in terms of difficulty, and depends on the same stuff
found in NLA.

I've never been wary of people using my code, which is why it's out in the
open under the Apache license. While we can't take code from you, you can
certainly take code from us as long as you keep the license. Recent
rdesktop is under GPLv3, which is compatible with Apache. We just can't
take in any GPL code in our Apache code base for obvious reasons.

As for joining forces, it's hard to collaborate with a company like Cendio
that has repeatedly harassed us over the last two years and prevented us
from doing more meaningful work by draining our energies on silly fights.
And for those who thought it was all over, there's a couple more chapters
to this never ending war that continued in private recently. I would be
more than happy to burry the hatchet with you. It's not like I haven't
suggested that on multiple occasions already, so I'm not holding much hope
it will happen someday.

Come to the FreeRDP side, we have cookies and tons of awesome code you can
use. Smile for once, realize we don't actually bite, and please agree to
end this vendetta. Use our code if you like, don't use it if you don't like
it, but in any case the most important is to make peace.

Best regards,
- Marc-Andre
