As mentioned the support is very limited and definitely not well tested. I personally haven't tried FreeRDP with ipv6 (yet), all I can tell is that there is a setting IPv6Enabled in libfreerdp/common/settings.c ;). I think ipv6 in FreeRDP needs some love.
