As for that is it progressively worse? I didn't feel that the video in a 1024x768 window is worse than in a 640x480 one. However I didn't have data to prove this.

We found that sometimes primary order would be received more than 500ms (sometimes more than 1 sec) after a secondary order. However we have no way to know if the server sent it at that interval, or the network made the delay since all the packets were encrypted and we have no source code to debug in server side.
