Franklin So just to make sure we are comparing apples to apples here with the 2 boards you describe.
Both use the same cpu... yes You said that you don't know anything about the "other" board except that it has the same CPU as yours. So I guess 1. You do not know if they both have/use same graphics hw? 2. You do not know if they both have the same amount of memory? 3. What is the network connectivity for your tests? Are both boards plugged into the same switch or hub that the PC running the browser is on? Or is there a "wan" involved in the network whether real or simulated? 4. Are both boards ethernet interfaces the same (10/100/1G) etc? 5. Is the client viewing the remote desktop running on the same PC/laptop each time? 6. Is the client PC/laptop running the same browser each time? 7. are any of the node connections experiencing any network errors (drops, missed etc) There are lots of variables that you have to eliminate. Why can't you say much about this "other" board? If its running linux can't you log into it and get some info on its hw, sw, etc? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Dive into the World of Parallel Programming!
