I'm on OS X 10.11.4 (El Capitan).

I'm trying to connect to a laptop running Windows 10 on my same local network
(which has remote desktop enabled).

I'm trying to connect with:

FreeRDP/client/Mac/cli/MacFreeRDP.app/Contents/MacOS/MacFreeRDP /v:192.168.0.7
/u:tmarks /d:XXXXXX /p:xxxx
Here's the output I get:

I'm able to use Microsoft's official RDC app and connect with the same ip,
username, domain, and password just fine.

I’ve looked around and found that C000006D means STATUS_LOGON_FAILURE. My
understanding is that means the user I’m trying to specify is invalid… but that
doesn’t make sense, because I can plug the same information into the official
RDC app from Microsoft and it works fine.

So what am I doing wrong? How can I debug this further? Is there some other
settings I should include? Is Windows 10 just not supported as a client? Is
there something I can do to help in that case?

Thanks,
Taylor
