Dear Zihao, dear All, As far as I can see, the fix has been merged November 17, 2016. However, the issue still remains with the current build (December 29, 2016) in freerdp-nightly-binaries, maybe with a slight modification: It is particularly strong with highlighted bold fonts in small message boxes created by the Windows OS, for example, when copying and pasting files. The bold text does look like two copies of the same text with the second copy being moved two dots to the right and up. The two copies are not merged to one solid bold font, though. The May 30, 2016 version does not have that issue.
The host OS Debian Jessie is now running backports kernel 4.7. It would be great to be able to switch back to the current version again.
