I believe it is possible to count active FreeRDP developers using at most
two hands. It's not so surpising that you get no reply in the first place,
but if you outright spam people with whining every day then you can only
expect to get blocked as an annoyance.

As for your question, you can look into the MS-RDPBCGR spec more. However,
after skimming through it I see no way to demand pointer updates from the
server. It can send them to the client, it can render the cursor in the
session, but there seems to be no way to force it to do so.
