Hi, I'm trying to connect from Arch Linux machine to Amazon EC2 instance (Windows Server 2003 R2 Datacenter Edition SP2), but what I get is:
$ xfreerdp /version This is FreeRDP version 2.0.0-rc2 (n/a) $ xfreerdp /v:gprs.heavytrack.com [17:00:35:782] [6988:6989] [INFO][com.freerdp.client.common.cmdline] - loading channelEx cliprdr [17:00:35:783] [6988:6989] [INFO][com.freerdp.client.x11] - Property 451 does not exist [17:00:36:374] [6988:6989] [ERROR][com.freerdp.core] - freerdp_set_last_error ERRCONNECT_TLS_CONNECT_FAILED [0x00020008] [17:00:36:374] [6988:6989] [ERROR][com.freerdp.core.connection] - Error: protocol security negotiation or connection failure Similar command (different domain) succeeds for other non-Amazon server (Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition SP2). I'm able to connect from Windows 10, but it gives me a warning: https://filedb.experts-exchange.com/incoming/2010/08_w35/342190/Cert.jpg > The server name on the certificate is incorrect. > The certificate is not from a trusted certifying authority. The server name on the certificate is i-0e427eaa3f0b7ca11. I've found this message: https://github.com/FreeRDP/FreeRDP/issues/3466#issuecomment-319683153 But I'm not sure if I have a RD gateway, not to mention what are its parameters. What can be checked? Is there a way to resolve this? Your help is much appreciated.
