Hallo Armin, thanks for the information and help. I know about remote assistance, but until now I thought there was no free Linux tool for connecting to the machine requesting assistance - if freerdp can do it, then it's great! But this is probably not what I need - I think remote assistance is used to remotely connect to a real physical (windows) PC console, and the connection is proxyed through Microsoft servers.
