Change Request/How to submit these??

Hello, I'm not sure how I'm supposed to submit these but I figured here 
would be a decent place. If I'm supposed to do this a different way, 
please let me know and I will try to do things by the book.

I must have missed the CVS update when Atheros support was added to the 
default kernel in FreeSBIE but sure enough it's there, thank you. One 
other thing to complete the support for Atheros, could someone please 
update the CVS so that rc.conf, under the NIC variable, contains ath?? 
This, as I understand it, would allow for driver recognition on boot.
