Introduce a hidden config.sh variable NO_BUILDKERNEL.
When NO_BUILDKERNEL is activated the system will not rebuild the kernel
each time a freesbie script run is processed. It will build the kernel
once then set a flag in /usr/obj/kerneldone.$KERNCONF.$ARCH.
Allow kernel KERNCONF variable to be overridden so that third parties can
supply a custom kernel configuration in substitute for FREESBIE.$ARCH
