Make sure you have cvsup $sudo portinstall cvsup-without-gui
check your supfile $cat /usr/local/etc/cvsup/supfile # *default tag=. *default host=cvsup5.freebsd.org *default prefix=/usr *default base=/usr/local/etc/cvsup *default release=cvs delete use-rel-suffix src-all tag=RELENG_6 ports-all # update your source tree $sudo eval `which cvsup` /usr/loca/etc/cvsup/supfile also, make sure you are in the right directory with the "Makefile" for building the iso.
