Log message:
* Fixed char_gets_input() for Solaris (it's only used if libreadline is not
available)
* Fixed libpng not being detected because libm was not linked
* Fixed get(U)Int16() for big endian machines

I didn't have the time to test all those changes on Solaris, but I'll try a
remote compile/test run later. Displaying graphics over ISDN is not exactly
fast, though.
