I've attached a pre-release description of patch.001 to this mail.
I anyone is interested I have a disassembled mt32.drv. It compiles
nicely with TASM, but I have not yet given every function or variable a
descriptive name.
Where can I find info on what each value of BP means when calling the
sound driver?

The patch.001 file for Roland MT-32, MT-100, LAPC-1, CM-32L and CM-64.
This specification will sometimes look very incomprehensible without some
knowledge concerning the MT-32 MIDI implementation.
