Actually, however surprising that might seem, menus in the Win32 build
started working without any effort from my side, and I didn't have to fix
either compile-time errors or keyboard input problems. Good work, Christoph!

There are some user interface problems, though (for example, when you select
a menu in the horizontal bar with left/right keys, the corresponding
vertical menu should open automatically. Now it doesn't). I can volunteer to
fix them, but I want to avoid duplicating my work with Christoph's.

Well, actually most of the bugs in FreeSCI now are pretty obvious, and so I
always have problems to investigate. Detailed testing will be of much
greater importance when FreeSCI reaches its alpha and beta stages.
