(Unknown?) kernel function

Hi,

Regarding that last kernel function which is missing in VOCAB.999: It
(always?) corresponds to a "documented" kernel function of later
versions, so I thought of adding a config option to name this kernel
function manually, so FreeSCI can map it correctly. In the _ancient_ SCI
0.000.274 there are actually more missing kernel functions, I can't
remember exactly the numbers.
