Log message:
* Added support for 0xf8 MIDI delay expansion in the null sound server and
the DOS sound event calculation algorithm.

I've also updated Ravi's description of the sound resource in the docs.
Rickard's docs are not in yet, since at least one of them is being re-
written.

Sorry for not being productive on FreeSCI lately; I'm too busy at work.
