Log message:
* Major documentation updates: Added a new chapter about resources,
fixed CelWide and CelHigh, added Petr's stuff and some smaller comments
to the SCI01 and SCI1 sections.
* Fixed windows and text widgets. QfG1 startup looks correct now.

Things to fix:
- QfG character selection screen: One of the DrawCel'd views is being drawn
incorrectly
- QfG character selection screen: The confirmation window is pretty broken

Things to add:
- More controls (trivial- does anybody want to volunteer for this?),
specifically buttons, icon and list controls, and edit controls (editing
should still work).
- Dyn view list
