Alternatively, the MT32SB driver here:

will patch the mt32.drv file to work with the SB's MIDI port (not the
MPU401-ish thing on SB16s)
I'll give yours a shot though -- it it just mangled to work around the
not-quite-compatible MPU401 on the SB16/32/64 cards?
