* (a) Added George Reid (maintains the FreeBSD port of FreeSCI (hmm...)) to
THANKS and the in-game "About FreeSCI" screen
* (b) Dynviews drawn for the first time are now immune to widget_annihilate()
* Removed a few debug messages
