Please note that you can use the gfx_test program in src/gfx to test the
graphics driver.
Regarding sound: Rink's DOS sound driver should help you get at least
most cues; it should be updated with the changes done to the NULL sound
server, though...
(On a side note, that server is a bit more than a null ATM, so I guess
it should be renamed...)
