Second part of Matt's win32 merge.

"In freesci-win32.zip are the updated dsw and dsp files that give me a
successful build. I don't believe they are reliant upon any external
libraries or headers outside of Visual C++ 6. I will verify this later
this week on a fresh win2k machine after I make sure vanilla CVS builds
out  of the box."
