[freesci-develop] Code freeze

Hi,

As of today, FreeSCI CVS is in a code freeze in preparation for the
upcoming 0.3.2 release (scheduled for next thursday (yes, this might
well change)). No new features are to be added during this period;
functional alterations are allowed only if their consequences are
well-known and verified afterwards. In short, only bug fixes should go
in; use your best judgement to determine whether what you want to do is a
bug fix or a critical functional alteration.
