The gfx_sdl driver uses the SDL cursors -- in other words, we have no
control over how it's drawn.  I can say that it's definately hardware
cursor on lower scaling factors on X, but when I start to go over 4x4,
the cursors get too big, so the SDL backend reverts to software cursors.
