The MT-32 driver for lsl3 only grabs CC 0x50, 0x4C, and 0x60. Everything
else passes through to the device.
The MT-32 MIDI implementation chart I have doesn't list anything for the
unknown controls quoted above. Maybe they're meant for different hardware?
