There's a BeOS "personal edition" available in the Be website. It's a disk image that sits on top of an existing ext2 partition and is booted from a floppy. Native development tools and the linux cross-compiler are also available there. (I just need to wait for some math stuff to finish in my computer before rebooting in BeOS again -- it should take a couple of days -- sometimes I wish I had a faster computer :)).
