Let's make a new tarball, which we will do the following again:
1) build on win32 (me)
2) make RPMs (I can do this for Redhat 7.1)
3) make a zipfile with an install batch file for win32 (also me)
4) test generated RPMs
After all this appears to work, we should release 0.3.2a and release the
packages.

Which of these things did you do in your check-in today? win32 appears to
be working again.
