It looks as if NetBSD hardly defines anything; we can only check for
__NetBSD__ (and, probably, __OpenBSD__ as well) there (Both systems
should be treated the same as other UNIXish installations). FreeBSD
appears to define __unix__, so this shouldn't be a problem there.
