Log message:
1) the .spec file is now automatically generated as part of the
automake/autoconf process.
2) there's now @FREESCI_VERSION@ defined in the autoconf stuff.  it keys
off of the build directory (ie freesci-xx.yy.zz gives a version of
xx.yy.zz) so we can now have rpms automatically built out of the
nightly snapshots if we want.
2) added a couple of .cvsignore files to shut cvs up.
