* (a) Added NOPped ltconfig file to silence warnings (at least that's the idea)
* (b) GFX options and drivers are no longer retreived from the zeroeth config
entry if a matching game entry was found

(a) Might finally fix auto-builds on Claudio's box
(b) should solve the invalid option precedence rules reported by Rune (worked
for me)
