I just upgraded my debian system to ALSA 0.9.4beta and kernel 2.4.4-ac15 with alsa rtc patch and HZ=1024. Performance is superb on my PPro200 with SB32 and Roland MT-32. :-) Was it the new ALSA or did someone make some great changes lately. -- /Rickard Lind
