That's not really an error message per se; we might want to just supress
it after the first time. Or add the GM2 SysEx reverb stuff (if it'll
map cleanly, which I don't believe it does...)

Hmm. I don't see CC 0x04 in either the MT-32 specs or in GM/GS, so
there's no idea what it does from my end. I'll add it to the
"recognised but unknown" list.
My um, expertise ends with the sound system, so I'll shut up and let the
more knowledgable ones speak... :)
