* Really added Alex' win32_profiler.bat this time
* Added a file to help with VC++ debugging on Win32, by Alex
* Reverted the library generation functions back to the old ones (a)

(a) should fix the build problems you may have been encountering. I don't
like it, but I haven't seen anything yet to explain how these things should
be done. Also, it's probably what breaks the helllabs build.
