Log message:
* Changed the resource state using functions from setting SCI_STATUS_OK to
SCI_STATUS_ALLOCATED again (preparation for LRU manager)
* Fixed sci_memory.h for ANSI C99 inline semantics (or what ccc claims to
be ANSI C99 inline semantics)
* included sci_memory.h in a few more places

ccc now produces hardly any warnings; most of the remaining ones come from
the ALSA headers.
No, I haven't abandoned this project, I just have zero spare time ATM due
to a university project.
