* We now maintain a FREESCI_STOPUPD flag to mark dynviews that were stop-
updated and should be treated as having their clipped nsRect drawn to the
background (covers moving the dynviews as well)
This seems to close #260, #281, and CLARENCE.
Also closed #170, since it has been reported that this has been fixed.
Please re-test #202, #224, #226, #242, #266, #288, #291, #292, as at least
some of these might be fixed now!
