* src/sound/soundserver.c: Minor fixes to Win32 MCI streaming driver
so that it now plays the first song in some games.

This has been tested under LSL3 (where it works) and PQ2 (where it
doesn't work). Hopefully I will have more stuff working with it soon. I might
also port the Win32 event sound server driver to SDL so UNIX people can try it.
