* src/sound/midiout_win32mci_stream.c:
* src/include/sound.h: Added double-buffering and ability to play more
than one song to MCI streaming.
* ./README.Win32: Added some information about the above server/driver.
* src/win32/sciunpack.dsp: Updated compiler options to match other
projects, however does not compile.
There probably won't be any further updates from me to improve gameplay with
the MCI streaming driver as it's fairly pointless with song iterators around
the corner. Support for SysEx messages will be added, however. Please try
the Win32 build with the -Swin32b -Owin32mci_stream options if you'd like
to hear what things may sound like in the future on this platform.
