I was tracking the stuff in adplug;  About a month or so ago I performed a
merge which did improve things somewhat.

I'll have a look-see tonight.    Hopefully the differences are minor; the
last merge was quite painful, in part due to wanting to keep the twelve
voice hacks.  :)
