Log message:
In preparation for a Glutton release (yeah, right!), I have implemented
support for SCI1.1 resource maps. I do not plan for actual SCI1.1
support just yet, but at least this way, FreeSCI does not crash when
encountering such games. Perfect autodetection is possible and has
also been implemented.
