Log message:
* Bug fix in drawing pixmaps to the control map
* The local/unscaled priority map (used to answer OnControl() queries is
now drawn to as appropriate
* We now maintain two additional unscaled priority maps for handling proper
OnControl handling
* Show() now calls the (now fixed) gfxop_set_visible_map() function
* gfxop_update() now allows "overlaying maps" which are displayed (and
propagated completely) instead of going through the usual "update all
damaged rectangles" process
All of this gives us priority and control map visualisation with the VM
running, i.e. 'razzle dazzle root beer' Alt-P and Alt-C now work as
intended (and in a fashion reasonably close to Sierra's) in QfG1.
This is actually a required feature for the next 'stable' release and
needs to be backported.
